Hi, I'm Alyssa! I am a board-certified Physician Assistant. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus in Neuroscience and Cognition from DePaul University and a Master's Degree in Medical Science and Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University. I have been working as a PA for 7 years in both primary and urgent care. I value the relationship that a primary care setting allows me to develop with patients and I love to teach. I want patients to not only know what their medical plan is, but why we are doing certain tests or prescribing medications. This allows for a more collaborative and empowering provider-patient relationship. Outside of work, you can find me reading one book each week. I look forward to meeting and working with you!
